Planning for On-Farm Success is a workshop series focused on business planning, marketing, financing, financial management and risk management.  It was offered in Missoula in the winter of 2014 (click here for more info) and in Bozeman in the winter of 2015 (click here for more info). Farm School is an ongoing workshop series on various in-depth farm business related topics.  In 2015, topics included accounting and financial management, legal issues and employees, and financing.  Click here for more info.

Multifunctional Farming is a workshop series offered in January 2014 for established farmers who are looking to add on-farm value by adding a new enterprise to their operation.  Click here for more info.

Field Days were offered between May - September in 2014 and 2015. 2014 topics included food safety and GAPs, market diversification, the economics of on-farm inputs, and sustainable water use decisions. In 2015, field days were farmer-driven and each host spoke on the production topics they felt best demonstrated their expertise. For info on 2016 field days, click here.

A Train-the-Trainer was offered for Extension and small business development personnel in 2015 on the Planning for On-Farm Success curriculum. There are no current plans for future trainings.
